The State Council executive meeting held on the 7th decided that the 127th Canton Fair will be held online in mid-to-late June. This will be the first time that China’s oldest trade event will be held entirely online, allowing Chinese and foreign merchants to place orders and do business without leaving home.

Currently, the COVID-19 epidemic is spreading around the world and the situation is grim. The meeting decided to invite merchants at home and abroad to display products online, use advanced information technology to provide all-weather online promotion, supply and procurement matching, online negotiation and other services, and create an online foreign trade platform for high-quality specialty products.
